About
Securescoot is a safety carrier designed for children in two wheeler vehicles.
We are a team of passionate innovators dedicated to addressing a critical gap in two-wheeler safety—child passenger protection. With the increasing reliance on two-wheelers for transportation, particularly in middle-class economies like India, we recognize the urgent need for a practical solution to safeguard young passengers. Our project combines engineering expertise and creative problem-solving to develop a safety seat that prioritizes protection, comfort, and multifunctionality.
Objectives:
- Develop a robust, impact-resistant safety seat for children riding on two-wheelers.
- Provide a multifunctional design that ensures both safety and utility by converting into a storage compartment when not in use.
- Create an adaptable, easy-to-install solution that fits a wide range of two-wheeler models.
- Address the need for affordable and innovative safety measures to reduce daily accidents and injuries involving young passengers.
Our safety seat stands out as a pioneering solution in the realm of two-wheeler safety, addressing a critical yet overlooked need. Unlike existing options, which primarily cater to general utility or adult riders, our design is specifically tailored for young passengers, offering enhanced protection through an impact-resistant fiberglass body. What sets our product apart is its multifunctionality: the seat seamlessly converts into a storage compartment when not in use, ensuring it remains valuable to the rider at all times. The use of a screw clamp mounting mechanism allows for quick and secure installation on a variety of two-wheeler models, making it highly versatile and user-friendly. By combining safety, convenience, and affordability, our innovative design fills a significant gap in the market, providing a simple yet effective solution to reduce accidents and injuries among child passengers.
